According to jp twitter the main flowers in the 2018 Tanki Shutsujin visual are Dahlias, and in flower language they mean:
Which is 100% perfect for Kashuu and the musical.
Other flowers I noticed were Anthurium also meaning passion and Bird of Paradise which is my favorite because its meaning in flower language refers to how amazed and excited people become after seeing such a beautiful, exotic flower. The meaning is pompous love, stylish lover, it fits him so well.
